Over the last 22 years Rich has specialized and concentrated his efforts in Otay Mesa, California and Mexico, specializing in Tijuana, Mexicali and Baja California. He has leased or sold over 11.8M square feet of space and sold over 2,300 acres of land in that time period. In Mexico, he has sold/leased over 7.1M square feet of industrial space in the cities of Monterrey, Chihuahua City, Saltillo, Mexico City, Guadalajara, Tijuana, Mexicali and Tecate. In Otay Mesa he has leased or sold over 4.7M Square feet of space primarily representing Landlords and Developers.
