Mark has specialized in all aspects of industrial real estate in the Jacksonville, Florida market nearly twenty-four years establishing himself as one of Northeast Florida's preeminent industrial brokers and supply chain specialists. During his career, Mark has completed approximately 20 MSF of transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $500 million.

Notable Tenant Representation Assignments completed by Mark include a 772,210 sf BTS for Unilever, 546,000 sf for Georgia-Pacific both in Jacksonville, FL as well as a 520,000 sf assignment for CEVA Logistics in Eindhove, Netherlands.

Significant Owner Representation Assignments include the sale of a 506,200 sf PharMor distribution center to Michaels Stores, the sale of a 321,200 sf Mazda distribution center/regional HQ and the sale of a 279,982 sf distribution center on behalf of Commercial Warehousing.

In addition, Mark has completed a number of investment sales including the Prudential Warehouse Portfolio totaling 938,000 sf, Commonwealth Commerce Center, a 249,000 sf mixed use project and Bowden Commerce Center, a 208,400 sf mixed use project, all in Jacksonville, FL.
