Jeff Hathaway serves as President of Hathaway Group, a full-service commercial real estate company established in Little Rock in 1976. In addition to his responsibilities as Principal Broker of the firm, Jeff maintains an active brokerage practice serving investors, property owners, and corporate clients. He joined the firm in 1983, later becoming its President and principal shareholder in 1997. He earned the CCIM designation in 1988 and became an SIOR in 1998. His specialties are office sales and leasing, office land sales and investment transactions. Current and past industry and community involvement includes President of Little Rock Realtors Association, President of AR SIOR Chapter, President of AR CCIM Chapter, Trustee of ARPAC, Chairman of ARA Legislative Committee, Chairman of Little Rock Regional Chamber, Fifty for the Future board member, Diocesan Finance Council and Diocesan Board of Education.

Jeff earned a B.A. in Economics from Vanderbilt University in 1981. He and his wife Laura have three adult children.

He has completed over 800 sale and lease transactions, recently including four different suburban office sales between 50,000 and 100,000 SF, numerous investment property sales, large medical office leases, exclusive representation of lot sales in market’s premier business park, acquisition of branch sites and branch buildings for financial institution, and dozens of small-to-medium office lease transactions representing both tenants and landlords.
