Hank graduated from the University of Mississippi in 1994 with a Bachelor of Business, Administrative and Marketing. In 1995, Hank was licensed by the Tennessee Real Estate Commission and 1996 by the Arkansas Real Estate License. In 1999 and 2007, he earned the designations of CCIM and SIOR, respectively.

During his 28 year real estate career, Hank has received many awards by a number of Real Estate organizations; Hank was awarded the MAAR Pinnacle Award recognizing the Top Ten Industrial Brokers of the Year in the Memphis market in 2001, 2002, 2006 and 2008. In 2003 Hank received the NAI Gold Club Award recognizing the Highest Producing Brokers Throughout NAI Global.

Hank is actively involved with the SIOR Memphis Chapter having served as its Program Director in 2011, Treasurer in 2012, chapter's Vice President 2013, President 2014-2015, Regional Director 2018-2020. Hank is also a member of MAAR, NAR and the Xceligent Industrial Advisory Board.

Examples of transactions are Opus South (lessor) – leasing of 258,000 SF of office/showroom warehouse to Block Drug Company; Investment sale of Coca-Cola Enterprises Regional Vending Warehouse; also represented Coca-Cola Enterprises in site selection and negotiation of their regional office; build to suit of a 75,000 SF office headquarters location for Orgill Brothers, Prime Media – Investment sale of a 15,000 SF office facility.
