Jose Gonzalez Rondon, served for ten years as International Director for “The Staubach Company”, working as the primary point of contact for foreign clients.
Six times first place winner of Staubach – CMI yearly productivity price, and one of the Staubach Company’s 1997, 1999, 2001 and 2002 top achievers.
Jose’s experience includes working for Secured Capital de Mexico a multinational banking firm during the bidding process of several distressed asset portfolios from IPAB (Mexican RTC). Jose’s assignment was to verify and evaluate the real estate collaterals for different types of loans throughout the country.
He commenced working in the real estate industry in 1991 and worked for almost three years as partner of Lascurain y Asociados, one of Mexico’s pioneer real estate managing firms. During that time, he managed, leased and sold all kinds of real estate products, from houses to manufacturing facilities including retail and commercial real estate.
Jose studied at Universidad Anahuac’s business school (Mexico City) and has attended several real estate courses including two ICRS Seminars, ICEI’s Real Estate Course at ITAM, Vass Training and five TSC Academies, he completed the CCIM 101 “ “Financial Analysis for Commercial Investment Real Estate”, and is an active member of the Asociacion Mexicana de Profesionales Inmobiliarios (AMPI).
Jose joined Cushman & Wakefield on June 1, 2003 as Director of Industrial Services in Mexico City servicing national and multinational companies throughout the country. He serves as the primary point of contact for foreign clients and the coordinator for the diverse industrial services offered by “Cushman & Wakefield”.
Jose is fully bilingual and combines an intimate knowledge of Mexican market “know who” with a real understanding of corporate and industrial real estate requirements and process “know how”.
Cushman & Wakefield Mexico’s 2006,2007,2008,2011,2014 Industrial Top Achiever.
He currently works for Coldwell Banker Commercial Mexico as Executive Vice President for the Industrial and Logistics division.
His experience includes deals with clients such as : Kraft, Lear, Rubbermaid, Hella, TRW, Dupont, Mc Grw Hill, Oneida, Tech Data, Warner, ABB, Betts, Bombardier Aerospace, Chep, Church & Dwight, Innopack, Italika, Kio Networks, Plastitec, GE/Mabe, Maypo, Protrans, Thomson, Unilever, National Starch, Bosch, Autozone, Aamazon, Black and Decker amongst others.
Born and raised in Mexico City Jose lives with his wife and three children.
