After graduating from Stephen F. Austin State University in 1982, with

a BBA in Business Management with a minor in Forestry and Geology,

David spent six years in the U. S. Navy and five years working

industrial sales of power transmission products as an independent

manufacturer's representative.

He entered the commercial real estate field in 1986 with Kelley,

Lundeen & Crawford with a primary focus toward investments, user

sales and leasing. With his working knowledge, his proven track

record is highly beneficial to his client base.

David, as the past Broker/Executive Vice President of the Tarrant

County Henry S. Miller office, was creative and tenacious in dealing

with complex transactions, and his commitment to excellence and

professionalism enabled him to exceed client expectations. In December 2001, David opened

Dunn Commercial, L.P., a full service real estate firm where he continues to provide the superior

services he is well known for. In May of 2007 David purchased the Sperry Van Ness Franchise in

order to have a national platform to compliment the local market talent and expertise that his

clients have flourished from.
