Since 1996, Warren has focused on forward thinking site selection and tenant representation as well as disposition and leasing strategies to rationalize supply chain networks and drive value for institutional owners. He possesses an extensive background in build to suit projects as well as investment sales for distribution and manufacturing clients.

Warren’s early career was shaped by several years spent in property management and development after receiving a degree in Industrial Relations from UNC Chapel Hill. Warren is a licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina, holds a North Carolina General Contractor’s license, is a multiple year winner of the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors (CRCBR) Deal Maker’s award, and was a recipient of the Charlotte Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 award.

After 20 years with Cushman & Wakefield, Warren joined Foundry Commercial. He serves as the Charlotte Industrial leader, is on the CRCBR Board of Directors as well as the CRCBR Education Committee, and the Leadership Group for Foundry Commercial. He is active in the Global Supply Chain Solutions (GSCS) group and The Council for Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and holds the prestigious Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designation.
