Claire's CRE career began in 1995 in SE Michigan where she worked as a landlord rep and tenant rep and was primarily focused on office and industrial product. She has represented Fortune 500 and Fortune 1000 Companies with their national portfolios and also worked on the GSA leasing team. Claire joined the Minneapolis office of Colliers International in December 2018 after spending 5 years with Marcus & Millichap. Her experience ranges from ground up acquisition through development; landlord rep; tenant rep and investment sales. Currently, she will focus in the office sector working with uses and owners of properties.
