Lou Payas formed Payas Commercial Real Estate, Inc. in November, 2009. Mr. Payas was employed by USAA Real Estate Company as a Leasing Director from January 1990 to October 31, 2009. His Leasing Director position entailed marketing and leasing of office and office showroom properties in Orlando and Tampa, Florida.

Prior to employment with USAA, he was employed by Southland Management Company involved in leasing bulk distribution warehouse as well as office buildings for approximately three years. He is experienced in all forms of real estate sales, i.e., land, warehouses and office buildings.

Mr. Payas received his Bachelor Degree in General Business from the University of Central Florida in 1986. He holds a Real Estate Brokers License, is a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM) and member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). He is also a member of the Board of Realtors, and has served on the Board of Downtown Orlando Partnership (2002-2006), as well as being on the Board of Directors for the CCIM Central Florida Chapter.
