Significant clients include Cabot Properties, The Grossman Companies, Grimes Logistics, Penser SC, True North Investments, Data Savers, Chestnut Hill Investments, The Pizzuti Companies, Flagler Development, Mid-America Corporation, First Winthrop, Oakmont Development and EastGroup Properties.

Career Summary:

After graduating from University of Florida, Bryan's focus and expertise has been in bulk distribution, flex, manufacturing and investment properties. Bryan has brokered over ten million square feet of sales and leases of industrial buildings and land with an approximate value of over $700 million. He has effectively managed and leased an industrial portfolio of over five million square feet.

Bryan has been recognized by his competitors, peers and clients as one of North Florida’s most knowledgeable and experienced industrial brokers.
