Since 2004, Ralph has been a partner of Cresa Long Island. Ralph is the only real estate advisor on Long Island to have achieved the LEED® (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional designation. The LEED® AP designation demonstrates a thorough knowledge and understanding of green building practices and principles, which he uses to assist tenants in creating sustainable workspaces.



Ralph also holds the SIOR Office Specialist designation from the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors.



Ralph began his commercial real estate career as an Associate at Newmark Knight Frank, where, he received the Rising Star Award from CIBS of Long Island.



Ralph has been involved in transactions with firms such as Bertelsmann, Weight Watchers, Ameriprise, Bankers Conseco Life, Bostwick Laboratories, Bioreclamation, American Tire Distributors, Amerisource Bergen, Economic Opportunity Council of Suffolk and numerous other organizations.
