Mike Detter, SIOR, joined NAI Geis Realty Group of Philadelphia in December of 2017 as Senior Vice President leading the firm's office in Northeast PA, which serves the greater Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, and Hazleton metro areas. Mike provides commercial real estate services including leasing, sales, advisory services and portfolio management.

Prior to NAI Geis Realty Group, Mike was a founding partner of Pinnacle Commercial Realty Group, LLC, based in Wilkes-Barre, PA and provided commercial real estate services to clients in Northeast PA for five and a half years. Before Pinnacle Mike spent eight years at Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate in Scranton, PA leasing and selling commercial and industrial property. In 2007 Mike transitioned become the first and only agent to specialize in Office real estate in Northeastern Pennsylvania. From 2001 to 2004 Mike was Director of Real Estate for Games Workshop in Baltimore, MD and was responsible for all aspects of the retail store expansion program including site selection, proposal negation, lease negotiation, design, construction and store set-up. From 1992 to 2001 Mike worked in a corporate accounting capacity for four different companies in the Baltimore, MD area.​
