Danny serves the Savannah real estate market in the industrial, office and commercial sectors representing buyers/tenants and sellers/landlords with a well rounded view of the market. Danny has extensive market knowledge and experience in industrial warehousing, intermodal sites, rail-served properties, deepwater terminals and trucking/container land sites in Savannah and the surrounding

communities. He also has a wide range of experience in the office, retail and commercial markets in the Savannah region.

Danny has represented clients on a wide variety of challenging and complex projects during his career. Some representative transactions include; a 67 acre bulk lot riverfront land sale, deep-water terminal site selection, a 14.5 acre rail-served industrial land sale, 317,000 SF Rail Served Warehouse lease, General Services Administration (GSA ) site selection, many large and medium warehouse distribution leasing and sales assignments, commercial and industrial land sales, REO bank dispositions, retail leasing, office sales and leasing, and much more.

A graduate of Leadership Savannah, a year long program for new leaders in the community. He is also a member and advocate for the Historic Savannah Foundation, which strives to preserve Savannah’s historic character. Danny is a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), the leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association.
