Carolyn Spake-Leeper, SIOR, is a Senior Broker at BND Commercial, Fort Wayne, Indiana. With nearly two decades of experience, and recently named Indiana Commercial Realtor of the Year, Carolyn is a standout in the commercial real estate field, specializing in various transaction types. Her expertise has made her the go-to broker for land, office, and medical requirements in northeastern Indiana. She has individually secured enough office transactions, in both sales and leases, to fill the six largest office buildings in Fort Wayne/Allen County. A second-generation SIOR designee, Carolyn is deeply dedicated to advancing the profession.

Carolyn joined BND in 2015 following an impressive tenure as an associate broker at CBRE. Her specialization spans sales and lease transactions, from investments to owner-occupied properties. Recognized for her prowess in all facets of commercial real estate, Carolyn is a true industry authority.

With a BA in Marketing and Public Relations from Ball State University, Carolyn is a former president of the Indiana Commercial Board of REALTORS® (ICREA) and is a member and past secretary of the Risk Management Association. She is a notable member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), an esteemed designation, particularly for women in this field. Carolyn is the current secretary of the Indiana/Kentucky SIOR Chapter and a member of the National Women In Leadership Group.

Prior to real estate, Carolyn spent over ten years in Fort Wayne’s financial sector, including a VP role at 3Rivers Credit Union. A Fort Wayne native, Carolyn actively contributes to her community through various non-profit boards and committees, including Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana, SCAN, Fort Wayne Women’s Bureau, East Wayne Street Center, Mental Health of America, the American Heart Association, and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Carolyn has been a member of WOW, a women’s business networking group for nearly two decades and served as President during her tenure.
