CURRENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Stéphane is Vice President and Team Leader of the Industrial Services Group at Savills, Inc. in Montréal. His role within the team is to provide best-in-class customer service, leadership and support while focusing on corporate development on a local, national and international basis.

EXPERIENCE

Stéphane has over Twenty (20) years of experience in the Commercial Real Estate Industry within the Greater Montréal Area. Throughout his career, he has been involved in over 3.9 billion dollars of real estate transactions (buildings and vacant lands combined). His experience includes Tenant/Purchaser Representation, Landlord/Vendor Representation (property listings for sale and lease), sale-leasebacks, built-to-suits and land sales. In addition, he provides his clients and prospect clients with in-depth market knowledge, comprehensive site selection analysis, financial analysis, opinion of values and, when necessary, sublease and buyout coordination.

Stéphane is a Real Estate Broker member of the OACIQ (Quebec Real Estate Association). He also holds the esteemed industry designation of SIOR (Society of Industrial and Office Realtors), recognizing the world’s top-performing brokers with a proven track record in their field. He is a member of Savills’ Supply Chain and Logistics Group.
