Pete Letherman has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1995, shortly after receiving his degree in Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Licensed in both Indiana and Michigan, Pete specializes in the acquisition and disposition of industrial and investment properties located in Northcentral Indiana and Southwest Michigan. In 2000, Pete earned the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. A CCIM is a recognized expert in the commercial and investment real estate industry. In August of 2012 Pete became a member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors®, a leading professional commercial and industrial real estate association. SIOR represents today’s most knowledgeable, experienced, and successful commercial real estate brokerage specialists. Pete is a past president of the Indiana/Kentucky Chapter of SIOR.
