Throughout the last decade, Justin Cazana has been a senior leader in the East Tennessee commercial real estate market. Justin began his career managing the leasing and marketing of Commercial & Investment properties. He then became a founding principal and broker with Cushman & Wakefield|Cornerstone, the leading full service real estate firm in Tennessee. While building his portfolio of over 1.1 million square feet, Justin Cazana earned both the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) designations. Justin was named to Leadership Knoxville in 2015, Knoxville’s 40 Under 40 Class of 2009 as was the Knoxville Business Journal’s Broker of the Year in 2013.

As a leader in the Knoxville real estate market, Justin held office as the CCIM Knoxville Chapter President in 2010 and 2014. He served as Vice President on the Dogwood Arts Festival Committee from 2008 to 2011 and as President of the Rocky Hill Elementary School Foundation from 2013-2014. During his term on the University of Tennessee Chancellor’s Associates from 2010 to 2013 Justin cultivated awareness and interaction for the university in the community. Justin maintains an active role with Leadership Knoxville and Auburn University Student Life Capital Campaign Committee.

Justin is a Knoxville native residing in his hometown with his wife, Kristin, and two children. He is a graduate of Auburn University and maintains active Real Estate Broker licensure in Tennessee and Georgia.
