Chris Connell is currently a Senior Vice President in the Investments and Leasing Division of Colliers International, which consistently anks at the top of all commercial real estate firms in Nevada. He has been with Colliers International since 2011. Chris’s primary discipline is the sale and leasing of office and retail product types for both Landlord and Tenant alike.

Previous to his time with Colliers International, Chris spent seven years at the Sperry Van Ness-Las Vegas commercial real estate offices where he served as Director of Leasing Services. In this role, Chris was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the leasing department, and was responsible for all key accounts with a turn-key approach to the leasing process. His methods in real estate and leadership brought success to the office and himself, where he was consistently ranked among the top brokers in the office during his tenure.

Since joining Colliers International in 2011, he has been responsible for relocating more than 250 firms and has successfully closed over 500 transactions, totaling roughly 1 mm square feet of space and in excessive of $150 million in sales. With more than 30 years in the Southern Nevada area, Chris has developed an impressive list of clients and forged many strong relationships, which he is now able to leverage in his real estate endeavors. Networking is vital for success in the real estate industry and is an area of expertise for Chris. He utilizes his skills every day to ensure that client needs are met and that everyone involved in his transactions are satisfied with the end result.

Chris is first and foremost a devoted husband and father however he also is dedicated to lending his spare time to numerous community

organizations. Chris is a current board member with Boy’s & Girl’s Club of Southern Nevada which is responsible for the oversight of 13

clubs in Southern Nevada and serving over 20,000 active youth members. Chris has also previously been involved with the Las Vegas

Youth Tennis Organization and served as a team member/mentor for the Andre Agassi Foundation For Children’s Education here in

Las Vegas.
