Scott brings more than 35 years of Silicon Valley and 10 years of Reno commercial real estate brokerage experience to the Cushman & Wakefield team. He has completed over 1,300 transactions encompassing all disciplines of commercial real estate. Prior to joining CPS, he was an agent for Norris, Beggs and Simpson in San Jose from 1985 until 1992.

Professional Experience

Scott Borgia started his Commercial Real Estate career in 1985 and is currently with Cushman & Wakefield as a result of a merger with DTZ (Formally CPS and Cassidy Turley…) in 2015. He serves as a Managing Director, specializing in sales and leasing of industrial property in the Greater Silicon Valley and Reno markets. Scott brings more than 36 years of Silicon Valley commercial real estate brokerage experience to the Cushman & Wakefield team and has completed over 1,350 transactions encompassing all disciplines of commercial real estate. Prior to joining CPS in 1993, he was an agent for Norris, Beggs and Simpson in San Jose from 1985 until then end of 1992. Scott currently lives Reno, NV where he also was a commercial real estate from 2003 -2011 and from 2021 to present.
