Will is a Principal in Cresa’s Houston Office and leads Houston’s Industrial Team. Additionally, he serves on Cresa’s Industrial Leadership Committee whose role is to design, innovate, and enhance clients’ experiences with Cresa and facilitates industrial collaboration within Cresa, Will provides a broad range of expertise in everything from occupier representation to investment sales, lending, financial analysis and marketing. In all, Will has transacted more than 1.5 million square feet of space with an aggregate value of $54.2 million in total lease considerations and completed over 270 land sales comprising 3,220 acres for a total of $823 million. He brings more than 20 years of real estate experience specializing in investment sales, lending, financial analysis, and marketing. He concentrates in user/tenant representation and project marketing for industrial properties, and provides proficiency in income-producing office, retail, industrial, and specialty properties to the sales objectives of the team.

WORK EXPERIENCE

Prior to joining Cresa Global Inc, Will worked as a Director with Cushman & Wakefield (C&W) as part of an eight-person professional brokerage team led by David Cook, and including senior brokerage specialists Jeff Peden and Scott Miller that specialized in investment sales, lending, financial analysis, and marketing. He concentrates in user/tenant representation and project marketing for industrial properties, and provides proficiency in income-producing office, retail, industrial, and specialty properties to the sales objectives of the team.

Mr. Condrey formerly held positions at First American Title, Capmark Finance Inc. and Live Oak Capital, Ltd. where he assisted loan officers with loan investment packages and the research and monitoring of capital market fluctuations. He began his career with Kinghorn, Driver, Hough & Company as a Servicing Analyst, where he was responsible for the inspection of income statements and rent rolls for approval of debt service requirements for a real estate portfolio totaling more than 300 properties.
