Joseph Porta joined CBRE|The Boulos Company in 2009. A partner and broker, Joe

is analytically oriented and detail-specifi c. He has experience in a broad range of

real estate transactions, and particularly enjoys the intricacies of investment deals and tenant representation because, “the more complexity and variables in a deal, the more opportunities to create value.” Joe endeavors to see all situations as fluid and is adept at using change and shifting time horizons to his clients’ advantage.

Throughout Joe’s career he has represented a diverse group of local and national organizations including Stone Coast Fund Services, Siemens, Northland Enterprises, the Town of Falmouth, Landmark Healthcare, AOL, IKON/Ricoh and Port Properties among others.

Prior to joining the Boulos team, Joe spent four years as an associate broker with Ingalls Commercial Brokerage. Raised in Portland, he speaks fluent Italian and has lived in Italy. He is passionate about family and travel, and serves on the board of the Maine Center for Creativity.
