Tom Freeman is a Vice Chair of industrial properties at Collier's. He leads the company’s Salt Lake City office industrial specialty group as a partner with fellow brokers, Travis Healey & Jeremy Terry. Tom began his real estate career in 1998, having since built an impressive resume with both occupiers & landlords. He is consistently recognized as one of the company’s Top 10 Utah Producers, as well as top performer & leader in the marketplace. Prior to joining Colliers International in April 2024, he was at Cushman & Wakefield/Commerce in 2001 to April 2024. Prior Tom worked with NAI since 1998.
