Dave Wallace is an office/industrial and investment specialist with CRE Consultants (formerly a CBRE affiliate) and has 30 years of commercial real estate experience. He was named the Top CRE Consultants’ Broker in Collier County in 2014 and was named the Top Broker for the company in 2015 and 2016.

As a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), he is a seasoned professional in assisting clients with acquisitions and dispositions, including office and retail, as well as investment-grade properties. Dave currently has listed for sale or for lease several million dollars of Office and Investment properties, including the 252,000 SF Adler portfolio of properties in the Naples market.

Prior to joining CRE Consultants, Mr. Wallace was with Premier Commercial Properties in Naples, Florida. He was also responsible for the establishment of CB Richard Ellis - Rochester and RE/MAX 1st Commercial in Rochester, New York. He has worked with Fortune 100 companies as well as local companies in all facets of commercial investment real estate. His responsibilities have included managing and leasing a single 5,000,000 square foot complex.

Mr. Wallace earned his Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management from Clarkson College. He was commissioned as a U.S. Army officer upon graduation, serving as a signal officer with the United Nations Command in Pan Mun Jom, Korea.
