Scott Morse a Dallas native started his career in 1981. In 1987, he formed The Morse Company which he led for 18 years while solidifying a reputation for quality, market knowledge, personal service and integrity. This reputation was key to Colliers International acquiring his firm in 2005. While at Colliers, he was a consistent top producer in Dallas, and named to the national top 100 in 2010. In 2011, he was named Power Broker by the Dallas CEO Magazine and has been recognized as a consistent Heavy Hitter by the Dallas Business Journal from 2001-2010. In 2012, he co-founded Citadel Partners, a real estate advisory firm specializing in corporate tenant advisory services.

Scott has been named a finalist for The Stemmons Service Award in 2004, and 2015, and the recipient in 2018; an annual award recognizing those who exemplify the highest standards of the industry, production, community service, and respect of his peers. Also in 2004, Scott was selected to the Jay Levine Leadership Academy of the CCIM Institute. He co-founded and directed the formation of the CCIM Partners initiative which he was involved with from 2002-2006. In 2001, he won the "Best Office Real Estate Deal"and the William C. Jennings Award for the best deal in the State.
