Michael is an Investment Real Estate Advisor, Power Broker and Owner of Regions Commercial, LLC, an investment real estate firm with two offices located in Glastonbury, and Marlborough, CT specializing in the sale of investment properties and tenant representation. Michael is also the owner of Regions Residential, LLC, a boutique real estate brokerage.

As a Power Broker and CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member,, Michael is a recognized expert in the Commercial and Investment Real Estate industry. The CCIM designation is earned after successfully completing a designation process that ensures CCIMs are proficient not only in theory, but also in practice. For the past decade Michael has served on the Board of Directors for the Connecticut Chapter including serving as 2016 & 2017 President, with accomplishments that include nearly doubling the membership base to in excess of 120 and tripling net operating income. He recently completed his tenure as Regional Vice President of Region 11, with responsibilities that include overseeing the CCIM CT, New York Metro, Upstate NY, and the New England Chapters. Michael is also a 2017 graduate of the Jay W. Levine Leadership Academy.

In addition, Michael has earned the prestigious SIOR (The SOCIETY OF INDUSTRIAL AND OFFICE REALTORS®, designation, the leading professional office & industrial real estate association.
