Chris has been in the industry since 2002. In the current span of his career, he has sold and leased over 100MM square feet of property.

Outside of brokerage, Chris personally invests in commercial real estate and has a unique perspective on how the market operates. Through his lens, he is able to help clients make profitable decisions.

Chris earned his SIOR designation early in his career. The title recognizes top producing brokers Nationally with high ethical standards in the commercial real estate industry.

Originally Chris started off at what is now Cushman and Wakefield and was recognized as a top producer. Chris founded CGC Commercial Real Estate services in 2010 and in 2016 parlayed his firm into Lee and Associates Twin Cities, making him the founding principal of the Minneapolis office.
