Jay has established himself as one of Oahu’s leading commercial brokers developing relationships with local and national companies including A&B Properties, Inc., Irongate Partners, Jupiter Holdings, Hunt Development Group and Fergus & Company. Jay is the lead leasing agent for Airport Industrial Park, Oahu’s largest mixed use office/industrial complex consisting of 776,000 rentable square feet of office and industrial space. He is also the lead leasing agent on both the Waipio Industrial Portfolio owned by A&B Properties, Inc and Hawaii Business Park owned by Fergus & Company.

Jay’s current leasing assignments total over 1 million rentable square feet and Jay has completed over $200 million in real estate sales transactions. Jay is a licensed Hawaii real estate broker, holds a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, is an active member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), is an active member of the National Association of Office and Industrial Properties (NAIOP), and is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR).
