Richard graduated from the University of Illinois - Urbana Champaign with a degree in MIS/Finance in 1997. Richard has consistently closed over 50 commercial / industrial transactions per year since entering the commercial real estate field in 2007 approaching $750M in total consideration. He has been a consistent top performing agent with NAI Capital in Southern California, ranking in the top 5% of the firm's 250 agents every year since 2008. Richard is a multi-award recipient at NAI Capital, receiving awards for Largest Deal, Largest Commission, and Most Completed Transactions.
