John Rodgers, originally from Oklahoma, came to Colorado Springs, Colorado with Hewlet- Packard where he was a top sales representative for the company before making the change to commercial real estate. After a few years at a national brokerage firm, John decided to form Peak Commercial Properties to have more control of his business outcomes and to make a more direct impact for his clients. -FedEx – Acquisition of 5.7 acres for a build-to-suit trucking terminal.

-Diversified Machine Systems – Acquisition of 70,000 SF facility.

-Financial Institutions – Represented multiple financial institutions and have been involved in over 50 REO Sales.
