In 2011, Patrich established the Automotive Solutions Group within Colliers International after completing a number of substantial transactions related to the automotive industry. He has become the “go to” subject matter expert at Colliers International for global automotive real estate as demonstrated by his team’s client roster.

Patrich works with a team of real estate professionals consisting of Randy Book, Audrey Correa, Brittany Cappoferri, and Scott Latham; along with the Colliers Logistics and Transportation (L&T) Solutions Group and platform of over 16,000+ professionals, in 550+ offices, in 65+ countries. Patrich lives in Ann Arbor, MI with his wife Kristyne, sons Mason (16) and Connor (15), 4 dogs and 4 cats… In his spare time, he enjoys trail running, listening to vinyl, a nice glass of wine, and spending time UpNorth.
