Previously Rick was consistently ranked as one of CBRE's Top Five Producers in the Tampa Bay region and one of the Top 25 Producers in the state of Florida, across all business lines, and has been recognized by local media as one of the most successful brokers in the region.

Rick focuses exclusively on large industrial assignments, specifically the sale and leasing of distribution centers, manufacturing facilities and income-producing buildings located in the greater Tampa Bay region. He has expertise on both sides of the transaction, representing large users/tenants as well as providing landlord advisory services. Rick is also a team member of Newmark's Private Capital Group which sells investment properties priced between $2-$20 million throughout West Central and Southwest Florida.

Rick serves on the Board of Directors for Lutz Preparatory School, which has over 800 students. He is a volunteer chef for the Taste of Saint Timothy's, a culinary event with over 1,000 guests. Rick also founded and operates Nark & Son's Barbeque Company, which provides competition-quality barbeque at fundraising events, with 100% of proceeds going directly to charity. Rick joined the U.S. Army at the age of 17, and he credits his tenacity, work ethic and optimism to his early days of military service. Family, faith and giving back to the community are his passion.
