He and his team are responsible for the marketing of over 3 million square feet of office properties throughout Birmingham. John takes great pride in working closely with each client to identify and create unique/creative plans in an effort to maximize the value of each asset. John works with institutional and local owners and approaches each property with a creative perspective; whether those challenges be critical lease expirations on the horizon, long-term vacancies needing to be back-filled, or a new approach to marketing.
