Timothy Pimentel joined C&W and the team of Chuck Belden and Kyle Kehner in 2004. He has an extensive background in Corporate and Personal Finance and Economics. He has personally managed more than $300 million in assets, from 1995 to 2000 and has been involved with institutions such as John Hancock, Oppenheimer, ING and Seligman. Mr. Pimentel brings an understanding of fundamental and global economics to C&W. Since joining Cushman & Wakefield, he has been involved in more than 62 million SF of industrial transactions totaling more than $780 million in consideration, which includes build-to-suits, sales and leasing.
