Jarrett D. Dunaway, SIOR serves as Executive Vice President in Cresa's corporate office based in Dallas, TX. His primary focus is identifying and servicing the needs of national corporate real estate portfolios of multi-market corporate clients within the telecommunications and business process outsourcing industries. Jarrett has assisted with numerous call center projects nationally and internationally, providing strategic services and planning, site selection, demographic and labor analysis, lease negotiation expertise and in depth market research.

As a leader of Cresa's tenant representation group, Jarrett has built relationships with numerous executives across the country and establishes strategic plans associated with the real estate and site selection for contact centers and operation centers.

Jarrett has vast experience representing numerous clients on their office, call center, and corporate headquarters transactions. He was recognized as Broker of the Year in 2014 and won the prestigious President’s Award in 2016, which is given to the single employee who made the greatest contribution to the company. Jarrett was also awarded the 2016 and 2017 Power Broker designation by D CEO magazine, being named as one of the top power brokers in North Texas.

Jarrett received his degree from the Rawls College of Business at Texas Tech University. Professional affiliations include CoreNet Global, where he actively works with economic development entities across the country. He has been involved with a number of charities including Junior Achievement, The ALS Foundation, SPCA and Jonathan’s Place Emergency Shelter in Dallas. Jarrett is also active in Young Professionals, and The North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR).
