Kevin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Marquette University with concentrations in Commercial Real Estate and Finance. He joined Investors Realty, Inc. in 2011 as an Industrial Specialist and has developed a strong reputation as market leader in the Omaha/Lincoln Industrial Markets and has been particularly involved in new industrial land developments over the past several years.

In the last 5 years, Kevin has successfully handled 254 transactions spanning almost 4.3 million square feet of industrial space and nearly 240 acres of industrial land. These deals combine for over $140 million in total value. He has been named a CoStar Top Power Broker Award several times for industrial transaction volume. Kevin earned his CCIM designation in 2018 and in 2020 his SIOR designation, both of which are highly respected among commercial real estate professionals.
