Joshua Aguilar joined CBRE in January 2012. Since Joining CBRE, Mr. Aguilar has been involved in transactions with Trane/Ingersoll Rand, Caterpillar, McKesson, Black & Decker and Visionworks and Home Depot to name a few. He has also performed landlord representation for Prologis, Blackstone Group, Black Creek Group, GLP, Scannell Properties and Dalfen Industrial.

Mr. Aguilar currently works as an industrial specialist in both tenant and landlord representation. He excels in lease negotiation, space procurement, relocation management, evaluation of real estate needs and recommending creative solutions and build-to-suit projects. Joshua demonstrates an extensive knowledge of the industrial markets in San Antonio and Laredo, TX. Since joining CBRE, Mr. Aguilar has leased over 8,000,000 SF of space and continues his focus on tenant representation.

From 2014-2019, Mr. Aguilar received awards from the San Antonio Business Journal for the 2014 Best In Commercial Real Estate “Best Industrial Lease” and Best in Commercial Real Estate “Best Industrial Sale” and was also selected as a Top 25 Broker in San Antonio in 2014 and a Top 10 Broker in 2015, 2016 and 2017, 2018 and 2019.
