He assists both Local and Corporate tenants, as well as Private and Institutional Landlords in Central San Diego, possessing an expert knowledge within these submarkets.

Since joining the Central San Diego Industrial Team in 2012, Ryan has completed over 625 lease and sale transactions, totaling approximately 6.5 million square feet, with a total lease consideration of over $300 million. The unique combination of Ryan’s real estate background, combined with being a third generation San Diegan, gives Ryan a distinguished understanding of the market throughout San Diego County.
