Peter Seoane is a proven sales leader and producer, with over thirty (30) years of experience marketing to C-Suite executives, building owners, developers, portfolio managers, property managers, architects, and general contractors. Regarding his real estate focus in Central Indiana, he specializes in Tenant Representation and Corporate Services, representing the needs of warehousing and distribution-based companies. Peter’s versatility shows through his mastery of site selection and acquisition, property disposition, industrial lease negotiation and multiple transaction management services.

Due to his stalwart contributions to the real estate industry, Peter was chosen to serve on BOMA Boston Board of Directors (2002-2008), BOMA Boston Benefit Co-Chair (2008), IFMA Boston Resources Council (1994-1999) and IFMA Boston Golf Committee Co-Chair (2000). He was the recipient of the 2003 BOMA Boston Affiliate Member of the Year Award. Locally, he is an active member of the Indiana Commercial Board of Realtors (ICBR) and Warehousing Education and Resource Council (WERC).
