Prior to re-joining Colliers, I was responsible for Cunningham-Limp’s ongoing sales and business development strategy, with responsibility for greater than $100 million in annual revenue.

Previously, I was responsible for 450+ real estate transactions totaling $450 million dollars in Michigan, Ohio, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Maryland/Northern Virginia for First Industrial Realty Trust (NYSE: FR). Based in the Detroit office as Marketing/Leasing Director, I oversaw the multi-region portfolio of more than 125 properties, 275 tenants and nearly 14 million square feet of industrial space while nurturing key customer relationships.

Experience includes the lease and sale of manufacturing, distribution, technology, and office facilities, sale/leasebacks, build-to-suit projects, and land assemblage. I also specialize in transaction negotiation, site selection, market knowledge, and the financial analysis required to make educated real estate decisions.
