James Duncan specializes in industrial, office and R&D properties throughout San Diego County. James has negotiated sales and lease transactions totaling over 14 million square feet for a consideration over $2 billion. Prior to joining Kidder Mathews in 2015, James worked with Cushman & Wakefield/ Burnham Real Estate for 16 years.

In 2021, James completed the second largest industrial lease in San Diego County history in a speculative project (299,000 sq. ft. at Kearny Mesa Logistics Center).

In 2020, James completed the largest industrial lease in San Diego County history in a speculative project (534,000 sq. ft. at Vantage Point).
