Brian Monaghan is a Managing Director with Cushman & Wakefield’s Logistics & Industrial Services group. Mr. Monaghan leverages his development background and analytical experience to advise clients on leases, build-to-suits, land opportunities and disposition transactions. His industry experience includes: industrial, manufacturing, automotive, data centers, law firms, and technology. He has advised clients on headquarters and mission critical industrial facilities totalling more than $500 million of investment. Mr. Monaghan has more than 12 years of real estate deal analytics experience, most recently as a consultant in Cushman & Wakefield’s Financial Analytics & Advisory Practice.

Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, Mr. Monaghan spent six years with Duke Realty, where he provided daily financial analysis support for their Southeast region, which included office and industrial properties totalling approximately 20 million square feet. He was responsible for underwriting several large office and industrial build-to-suit transactions with total development values in excess of $250 million.
