Ali Roesener was born in Las Vegas and developed an interest in real estate and the investment opportunities it provides. As a senior vice president with 12 years experience, Roesener specializes in Landlord representation and investment acquisition/disposition with an Industrial portfolio of over 2 million square feet. Ali’s background also includes her work as director of Southern Nevada Capital Corporation — evaluating investments, development, managing loans, and handling real estate distributions.

Outside of the office, Roesener competes in equestrian show jumping and is a member of the United States Equestrian Federation and the United States Hunter/Jumper Association. Her previous community volunteer work includes supporting the Nevada Community Foundation, Nevada Blind Children’s Foundation, Communities in Schools, and St. Jude’s Ranch.
