Courtney Stanford serves as Senior Vice President for Bradford Commercial Real Estate Services. A Native Texan and a second-generation commercial real estate broker, Courtney brings a lifetime of industry perspective and over nine years of professional brokerage experience to the firm. Prior to joining Bradford in 2025, she served as Managing Director of SVN Dunn Commercial, where she was instrumental in both

production and the strategic management of the firm.

Leveraging her extensive background in the Mid-Cities, Courtney has expanded her strategic focus to encompass the broader Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. She specializes in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of industrial properties throughout North Texas, having successfully completed over 60 transactions with a total volume exceeding $100 million. Courtney provides her clients with deep analytical insight and a results-driven approach to asset positioning and tenant representation across the entire DFW region.

A recognized leader in the North Texas commercial real estate community, Courtney earned the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation in 2019. She is a powerhouse in industry advocacy, having notably served as the 2024 President of the North Texas CCIM Chapter. Furthermore, she is the Co-founder and Past President of IWIRE North Texas (Industrial Women in Real Estate), an organization dedicated to connecting and elevating women within the industrial sector.

Courtney’s professional affiliations also include being a Member Associate of the SIOR North Texas Chapter, an active member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), and the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth (REC).

A 2012 graduate of Texas Christian University, Courtney remains deeply rooted in the local community as an active volunteer with the Fort Worth Junior League. When she isn't touring industrial facilities, she enjoys practicing yoga, playing golf, and playing

Mahjong. Courtney resides in the area with her husband, Adam, and their four dogs, Sophie, Henry, Chance, and Willie Nelson.
