He comes from a family that successfully owned and operated a golf course in Indiana and has seen firsthand how businesses can grow and thrive despite the challenges. Mr. Ross graduated from Florida International University with a degree in History and English, but his commitment to personal and professional development led him to pursue a master's degree in Psychology.
