Jared Wagoner is a partner at SQFT Commercial. SQFT Commercial is a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm in greater Cincinnati with a focus on industrial sales/leasing. Capitalizing on Jared’s finance & investment background & his strong network, Jared focuses on new business development, general brokerage, and investment transactions for SQFT Commercial.

After graduating from Butler University in Indianapolis, Jared moved to Cincinnati and began working at Fifth Third Bank. All of Jared’s time at Fifth Third was spent in the Investment Advising line of business, with the majority of that time being spent in the high net worth space as a Private Banker. Initially at Fifth Third, Jared was one of only four candidates hired into the Investment Advisors Leadership Program. After completing the program, Jared began work in the high net worth space. Jared was a top performer at Fifth Third earning various accolades, and his time at the bank adds valuable insight & perspective to the team at SqFt.

In 2016, Jared left Fifth Third and joined the industrial team at SqFt Commercial. Jared & the rest of the SQFT team take pride in having in-depth market knowledge, quick response times to all client questions & requests, and providing holistic real estate solutions for their clients.

Jared was born & raised in Vincennes, IN. Following high school, Jared went to Butler University in Indianapolis on a baseball scholarship. Jared played all 4 years at Butler & graduated with a degree in Finance. Following college, Jared moved straight to Cincinnati to begin his professional career. Jared’s wife, Janna, is from Pittsburgh but they are proud to call Cincinnati home. Jared & Janna have three children: Sloane (2018), Liv (2020), & Tripp (2022). Jared is licensed in both OH & KY.
