Peter Gillett, SIOR is a commercial real estate broker specializing in office and industrial tenant and landlord representation throughout Rochester and the Upstate New York region.

Mr. Gillett began his career in commercial real estate in 2006, focusing on office park and medical office development projects, including the leasing and marketing of those portfolios. In 2016, he transitioned into brokerage full-time, expanding his focus to both office and industrial properties.

He regularly partners with out-of-market brokers and corporate users seeking local representation, providing site selection, market analysis, lease negotiation, and full transaction management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from St. John Fisher University and a Master of Science in Service Leadership and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT).

Over the course of his career, Peter has successfully completed a high volume of lease and sale transactions while representing a wide range of clients and ownership groups, including Ryco Management, MCA Group, Taylor The Builders, Roc Emergency Vet Services, Royal Oaks Realty Trust, Landers Management, Waste Harmonics, Control Point Associates, Concord Electric, NetGoSpeed, and others. His experience includes everything from small office and medical requirements to larger industrial, flex, and headquarters-style assignments.

Before focusing fully on brokerage, Peter built a strong foundation in project management, construction coordination, leasing, and development, which continues to benefit his clients today in evaluating spaces, negotiating deal terms, and solving transaction challenges efficiently.

Peter holds a Master of Science in Service Leadership and Innovation from Rochester Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Economics, from St. John Fisher University.

He is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Broker, a member of SIOR, and serves as President of the NYSCAR Rochester Chapter (2026).
