I am the Co-Founder of WE Partners, an investment firm where I lead investment strategy and execution and work closely with family offices and investors across Asia and Europe. This perspective allows me to approach corporate real estate decisions not just as transactions, but as balance-sheet, capital allocation, and risk-management decisions.

Over a 20-year career in commercial real estate, I have been directly involved in structuring and executing more than $1 billion in transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and complex partnerships. I have also been on the owner-operator side, acquiring, developing, and operating retail strip centers and industrial assets, including ground-up developments exceeding 100,000 square feet.

My background includes seven years at Goldman Sachs, with experience spanning commercial real estate investing, investment banking, oil & gas, mergers and acquisitions, and cross-border transactions. This foundation enables me to evaluate real estate decisions through the same lens corporate executives use — returns, capital structure, downside protection, and exit implications.
