Since 2010 Richard has been President and Managing Director of CBRE-Albany. Our office consistently ranks as the top volume commercial firm in NY's Capital Region.

He has brokered in excess of 8 million SF of industrial and office transaction including numerous SIOR referrals.

Practicing commercial real estate brokerage services in Upstate NY region since 1984. Richard been an SIOR since 1990 as an Industrial Designee; have served as Upstate NY Chapter President, SIOR Membership Council Director, Chair of Retention Committee, multiple committee engagements including two Task Forces, and recently was the Northeast Regional Director (2015). Richard currently is a Trustee for the SIOR Foundation and serves as the Public Relation Committee Chair..

He has the pleasure of being involved with numerous local not-for-profits as well the regional chapters of national organizations including the Rotary, Salvation Army and The Red Cross (currently regional Board Chair). His greatest satisfaction though has been growing, as race director,a local event that he started in 2003 into a 600 runner 5K and 250 children fun run for our local youth organization.
