Allen Gump has been a top producing real estate broker in the Dallas/Fort Worth market for twenty-nine years. Allen Gump joined Colliers International as Managing Director for the Dallas office in May of 2002. Prior to joining Colliers International, Allen was the Senior Managing Director for Kennedy Wilson's Dallas office. He earned the Top Producer and Pinnacle Awards for 2000 while at Kennedy Wilson. Allen is a recipient of the Colliers International 2003 International Award of Excellence and has been named a top producer every year since 2007.

Allen earned the Society of Industrial and Office REALTORS (SIOR) designation in 1991 and the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation in 2009. He has been on the Executive Committee of the North Texas Chapter of SIOR 1996. He has served on various national SIOR committees and the Board of Governors for the Council of Commercial Realtors. In 2003, he served as president of the North Texas Chapter SIOR. Nationally, he served as Speaker for the Council of Chapter Presidents in 2004 and as Regional Vice President of the Southwest Region for 2006-2007. Allen recently completed his term as President of the SIOR Foundation. He currently serves as a member of the Executive Committee for CCIM.

Allen grew up in Dallas and lives with his wife Kim. They have 2 grown daughters, Lauren who teaches school and Allyson who works with Allen at Colliers International. Allen has served in various capacities for the YMCA since graduating college. He has served as Fundraising Chair for Ursuline Academy.

Allen is part of the Logistics and Transportation Group at Colliers. He has specialized in working with corporate tenants leasing and purchasing warehouse and trucking facilities in the North Texas region for the last 29 years. Allen has also sold land for development of industrial faciities to dozens of companies in North Texas. Allen teams up with his daughter Allyson who specializes in office tenant representation.
