SIOR is pleased to announce that it has named Brandon Hensley as its new Chief Operating Officer.
Hensley brings more than 20 years of association management knowledge and leadership to SIOR. He has spent the majority of his career leading and managing various aspects of nonprofit organizations.
During the past 10 years, Hensley served as Chief Operating Officer for the International Sign Association (ISA), an organization that represents the international on-premise sign and visual communication industry. In addition to ISA, he served as the Executive Director of the National Association of Sign Supply Distributors (NASSD), an organization that promotes the common interest between sign supply distributors and the sign industry. Hensley oversaw the strategic directions of both organizations and worked to restructure departments, programs and services to maximize profits while, at the same time, maintaining the highest levels of efficiency and service to their members. Under his leadership, the organizations experienced significant financial growth and international expansion.
Prior to joining ISA in 2010, Hensley developed his knowledge and foundation in association management and business development while serving as Vice President of Sales at National Trade Productions (NTP) in Alexandria, Virginia. During his tenure at NTP, his team was responsible for generating revenue for over 12 various associations around the globe. Hensley has extensive international experience and has managed more than 750 international partnerships and foreign sales agents over his career.
Hensley has served an advisory role on numerous boards, both domestically and internationally, always with a keen focus on process improvement, maximizing revenue and customer satisfaction. One of his key strengths is developing and managing teams to tactically execute an organizations strategic vision.
